Terms for Partners and Distributors:


Payment Terms:

- Prepayment: 100 % before production start

- The date of receipt of the prepayment shall be deemed the date on which the payment is credited to the Supplier’s account.


Transport:

- We offer transport, priced individually based on the size of the order and destination (postal code and country).

- For all purchases, the transport price will be confirmed after submitting the order.

- Transport quoted is always with unloading carbside (car with lift and pallet truck) and without installation.

- For self-collection by a customer located outside the European Union, a deposit of 23% of the order value (VAT) is required, which is refunded upon receiving documentation confirming receipt of the goods and closing customs clearance (CMR document and document/message IE-599).


KitchenBOXY modules arrive assembled. They just need to be screwed together with butterfly screws (no tools), cabinets should be leveled using the adjustable feet, depending on the standing ground, doors may need positioning.

If a TOP is continuous (HPL or stone), it should be screwed with screws and openings prepared in production.

If the top is divided, it is mounted in the factory.

The order must contain complete and accurate information regarding the product(s) ordered. The Customer is obliged to verify the order confirmation and the pro forma invoice prior to making payment. Once payment has been made, no changes to the project will be possible.

The Customer is obliged to familiarize themselves with installation instructions as well as guidelines regarding inspection of the received shipment, and the careful handling, unpacking, and installation of the ordered products, in order to avoid damage or destruction. Particular attention must be paid when handling and installing stone and HPL countertops. Any damage resulting from improper handling of the materials shall not be subject to claims.

Atepaa Sp. z o.o. shall not be held liable for malfunction or damage resulting from the use in the kitchen of equipment other than that supplied by the Supplier, in particular electrical appliances not intended for outdoor use or lacking the required certifications.

The package should be inspected in the presence of the courier to verify whether there are any visible external damages to the packaging. If such damages are identified, an appropriate report should be drawn up.

If damage or nonconformity of the goods with the offer is discovered after opening the package, it should also be duty documented and reported. Such issues must be reported within 14 days; claims submitted after this period will not be accepted.

All goods are inspected and photographed prior to packaging and during loading.

Lead time for standard orders is 4 business weeks (+ delivery time) counted from prepayment (+ delivery time) being banked on Supplier's account, if not stated otherwise.

Lead time for orders with Dekton top is listed separately for a specific order.

 

The costs of the transfer and the handling charge of the banks are for the account of the customer.

Price doesn`t include duty, tax and any additional costs connected with delivery of goods.
